Privacy Policy

Your card photos never leave your device. Grading runs entirely on your iPhone using on-device machine learning. We don't upload your images, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across other apps.

• Card photos — stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. We cannot see them.
• Purchase history — handled by Apple. We receive whether you have an active subscription, not your payment details.
• Anonymous scan statistics — grade outcomes with no user identifier, used to improve accuracy and to show how a card's grades are distributed across all scans.
• Crash reports — anonymous diagnostics so we can fix bugs.

• Your card images — they stay on your device
• Your name, address, or payment details
• Your location
• Advertising identifiers — we show no ads and run no tracking

• Apple — App Store purchases and iCloud sync, under Apple's privacy policy.
• TCGdex — Pokémon card reference data, used under the MIT license.
• YGOPRODeck — Yu-Gi-Oh! card reference data.

We send these services a card's text or a numeric fingerprint to look up a match. We never send your photographs.

You can export or delete everything at any time from Settings → Data. Deleting the app removes all local data. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data — email us and we'll action it within 30 days.

GradeLab isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
